Our client, a major organisation within the UK Defence sector, is seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead a complex, high-profile digital integration and transformation programme.

This is a senior programme leadership role, responsible for delivering strategic digital, IT and business change across people, processes, data, technology and cyber, within a highly regulated Defence environment.

Candidates must hold active SC clearance and be sole UK nationals.

This is a 24-month contract requiring onsite attendance in Salisbury three days per week.

• Lead the delivery of a major digital integration and transformation programme, including significant service transition and contractual change.
• Develop and deliver a strategic Digital Integration roadmap through to 2029 and beyond.
• Oversee programme governance, assurance, risk management, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage complex supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and major contract transitions.
• Align digital transformation activities with future contractual arrangements and operating models.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Defence, Government and external suppliers.
• Ensure programme delivery meets strategic objectives, governance requirements and agreed outcomes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes.
• Strong Defence sector experience, including procurement and contract management.
• Experience delivering major programmes and contracts with lifetime values of £400m+.
• Strong understanding of MOD or wider Government approvals, governance and assurance processes.
• Demonstrable experience managing major service transitions and operating model transformations.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise integration programmes or comparable large-scale organisational transformations.
• Strong supplier management, commercial negotiation and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing programme governance, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation.
• MSP and PRINCE2 qualifications or equivalent experience.
