Digital QC Rollout Support

Project overview

Our client is looking for an expert to support Smart QC, the digital planning system in Quality Control (QC) at the Sanofi Frankfurt BioCampus, which is currently being rolled out incrementally to further laboratories. The focus of the position is on maintaining, harmonizing, and updating master data in the system via a ticket management system and standard Excel templates. In addition to ensuring data quality during the rollout, the candidate will support lab-related configurations, resolve system errors, and advise the Focal Point on central support and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing system updates via the ticket system (employees, material numbers, test scopes, test times, throughput times)
• Deactivation of outdated data records and subsequent adjustments of master data based on user requirements
• Harmonization of master data to facilitate central evaluations across the entire quality control
• Ensuring lab-appropriate data structures for optimal system use and maintaining master data quality assurance during the rollout
• Implementation of processes and system configurations in coordination with the Focal Point
• Establishment and operation of the ticket system for creating tests, materials, and test scopes
• Maintenance of user profiles and qualifications, including departures and changes
• Identification, coordination, and resolution of system errors and misconfigurations
• Advising the Focal Point on support for lab users with acute issues, as well as on supplier coordination for technical problems
• Tracking and implementation of deviations and necessary follow-up actions
• Conducting training sessions in coordination with the Focal Point
• Advising the Focal Point on coordination between the lab, IT, and external service providers

Requirements

• Experience with digital planning or LIMS systems in a QC/laboratory environment
• Sound understanding of master data management, data structures, and the configuration of laboratory IT systems
• Experience with Excel-based data entry templates
• Solid understanding of GxP requirements and laboratory quality processes
• Structured and precise way of working combined with practical experience in ticket management
• Strong process understanding, process optimization skills, and basic project management knowledge (rollout experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and problem-solving competence
• Independent, proactive work style and high availability for ad-hoc support
• Fluent German (project language) and good English skills
