LeistungsbeschreibungAs a Directing Officer Asphalt Maintenance, you are close to the execution. You are visibly present on site, maintain an overview and switch easily between contractors, road managers, project leaders, colleagues and residents.You are responsible for the preparation, supervision and execution of maintenance work on roads. You work closely with the road manager and ensure that activities are carried out technically correctly, according to agreement and within the established planning and frameworks.You are an important point of contact for both the contractor and the surrounding area.
You supervise the quality of the work, identify deviations and ensure that agreements are followed up in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Inventorying maintenance activities and consulting with the road manager about them.Preparing partial assignments based on the completed inventory.Having the required investigations carried out.Reviewing execution drawings, estimates, work plans and working methods before the work starts.Communicating with the surrounding area before and during the execution of activities.Directing the execution of technical works in the field of road construction.Carrying out site supervision of the technical quality of the execution.Carefully recording findings in photographs, notes, reports and the project administration.Monitoring deadlines, deviations, additional work and agreements made, and discussing them in a timely manner.Monitoring progress, planning and costs together with the road manager or project leader.Checking whether contractual agreements are complied with and signalling in a timely manner when adjustments are needed.Acting as the first point of contact for contractors, residents, users and colleagues.Contributing to projects in the public space, including maintenance, reconstruction, site preparation and residential area completion projects.Requirements:Demonstrable experience with municipalities in asphalt maintenance.Demonstrable knowledge of relevant regulations and contract forms.Affinity with supervision, execution and the quality of public space.You can work well together and at the same time are able to act independently.You have good communication skills and can easily switch between different involved parties.You are visible and practically oriented and feel comfortable being close to the execution.You are careful in recording and monitoring agreements, progress and quality.You possess a category B driving licence.Über den AuftraggeberStart: ASAPEnd: 21.09.2027, with an option to extendWorkload: approx.
