Project overview

We are looking for a DYNAMICS 365 F&O Developer for a 3-month renewable mission in Neuilly sur Seine.

Mission Context:

As part of the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, the IT department wishes to strengthen its team with an experienced developer. The use of the tool is still in its early stages, and functional and organizational adjustments are ongoing. The mission takes place in a dynamic, structuring environment, with strong challenges related to tool adoption, process maturity, and business support.

The IT department's work environment is based on the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework with multidisciplinary agile teams.

The consultant will be involved in system evolution, tool configuration, business support, change management, and maintenance.

Main Missions:

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Developer, you will be responsible for the development, evolution, and technical support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP. Your missions include:

Practical Information:

• Developing customizations and extensions on Dynamics 365 F&O (X++, .NET, extensions).
• Participating in the technical analysis of functional requirements.
• Implementing interfaces (APIs, web services, integration with Power Platform).
• Performing unit and technical tests.
• Ensuring corrective and evolutionary maintenance of developments.
• Collaborating with functional consultants to ensure solution consistency.
• Documenting developments and technical procedures.
• Collaborating with technical teams to integrate functional processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participating in the definition of development, test, and production environments.
• Contributing to the automation of functional tests and deployments.
• Tracking versions and deliveries in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of ERP delivery processes.
• Mastery of the X++ language and the Dynamics 365 F&O development environment.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio, LCS (Lifecycle Services).
• Experience with Data Entities, Batch Jobs, Event Handlers, Extensions.
• Knowledge of integrations via OData, REST API, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and cloud environments (Azure).
• Knowledge of automated testing tools.
• Good development practices (testing, versioning, documentation).
• Understanding of financial processes (desired).
• Ability to communicate with functional and business teams.
• Autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in computer science or software development.
• Experience with Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (desired).
• Technical English required.
