Description of Assignment:

The assignment includes support and quality assurance during the implementation of the finance module in connection with the introduction of Boplats new platform and its integration with the financial system Agresso. The work will be carried out in collaboration with the company's finance manager and IT developers, where the consultant contributes economic and system expertise to ensure that financial flows and integrations function correctly.

Role Description:

· Testing of financial flows: Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of tests to ensure that financial transactions are transferred correctly from Boplats new platform to Agresso.

· Verification of payments: Test and verify the handling of incoming payments.

· Reconciliation and quality assurance: Check that financial data, accounting documents, and transactions correspond between the systems.

· Identification of errors and deviations: Detect, document, and follow up on any errors in financial flows and integrations, and contribute to finding solutions.

· Documentation and routines: Contribute to documenting financial flows.

· Ongoing advice: Provide support to the finance manager and IT developers on finance-related issues throughout the project.

Requirements

Economic Competence

· Documented experience in formulating and quality assuring economic requirements to ensure correct accounting of the business's results and financial position.

· Documented experience in formulating economic reconciliations and control routines to ensure that information and transactions correspond between business systems, financial systems, and liquidity management.

· 10 years of experience in identifying and specifying requirements for financial reports, as well as designing and documenting routines for follow-up, reconciliation, and internal control.

Competence in System Integration

· 10 years of experience in content-related requirements for financial information to be transferred to Unit4 ERP (Agresso).

· 10 years of experience with integrations between business systems and financial systems, with particular expertise in Unit4 ERP and the City of Gothenburg's specific system setup.

· Ability to identify, analyze, and quality assure information flows between systems to ensure correct and complete transfer of financial transactions.

Experience with the City of Gothenburg's implementation and use of the Agresso/Unit4 financial system within the city's companies.

Very good knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, processing, and reconciliation of financial documents.

Scope:

Approximately 100 hours with an option for an additional 3x100 hours by agreement.

Assignment Period:

2026-12-01 to 2027-12-01 with an option for a 12-month extension.
