Ecosystem & Partner Manager Flexibility (interim)

Project overview

For Enexis, a senior partner manager is sought to build a partner network from the ground up within the Flexibility & Activation team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Identify and prioritize relevant market parties and influencers based on their role in the customer journey
• Develop a partner strategy and translate this into segmentations, roadmaps, and priorities
• Set up a scalable partner program and build strategic collaborations
• Utilize customer insights together with CX and investigate what role partners can play in the customer journey
• Realize collaborations and pilots, and ensure appropriate knowledge, data, and tooling for partners
• Measure the effectiveness of partners and channels and further develop successful approaches
• Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level, for example in business administration, marketing, commercial economics, or innovation management
• Demonstrable senior level in ecosystem development, partner management, or business development
• Extensive experience in setting up a partner network from scratch and associated partner program
• Experience with prioritizing market parties and developing partner strategies and forms of collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect interests around common goals
• Experience in translating insights from customers, partners, and the market into scalable collaborations
• Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and results-oriented work style with strategic thinking ability
• Experience in the energy, technology, or sustainability market is a pré
