Project overview

Within the Applications and Flows department, you will participate in the development, evolution, and maintenance of electronic data interchange (EDI) between the company, its partners, its clients, and its suppliers. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of EDI flows: needs analysis, design, development, mapping, testing, production deployment, and user support.

SQL and database querying

• Design, develop, and evolve EDI interfaces.
• Perform the necessary configurations and developments for processing data exchanges.
• Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing flows.
• Participate in qualification and acceptance testing phases.
• Analyze business and technical needs.
• Design mappings between different exchange formats.
• Perform and maintain data transformations.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and traceability of exchanges.
• Configure and maintain EDI translators.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing flows.
• Identify and resolve transmission or transformation anomalies.
• Participate in the industrialization and optimization of processes.
• Assist business and technical teams in incident resolution.
• Participate in impact analyses during application evolutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and good development practices.
• Be proactive in the continuous improvement of EDI solutions.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in EDI development activities, mastery of EDI concepts and data exchange architectures.
• Experience with major standards:
• Development in RTE language for Generix Tradexpress.
• Experience in mapping design and data transformations.
• Knowledge of transfer protocols:
• SQL knowledge and database querying.
• Awareness of operational and flow monitoring issues.
• Experience with the TradeXpress platform and RTE language (development, mapping, administration, and operation).
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or retail environments.
• Experience in managing integration or dematerialization of exchanges projects.
