Job description
Seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to migrate and deploy applications to an open-source cloud, build CI/CD pipelines, and perform software testing. Requires strong Linux and Kubernetes skills, open-source experience, and valid SÜ2 clearance.
Project overview
Key tasks include migration and deployment of applications to the open-source cloud, building automated CI/CD pipelines with Git and Helm Charts, software testing and code audits, as well as creating documentation and training materials.
Requirements
-Very good knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
-Demonstrable experience in the open-source environment
-Knowledge in the areas of Helm, Jinja, JSON and XML
-Must have valid SÜ2 clearance
Nice to have
-Know-how of hardware architectures (e.g. ARM, RISC-V, x86)
-Experience in the defense industry or public sector
-Experience with Gardener and Go
