The role involves end-to-end implementation of electronic data exchange processes, including mapping, configuration, testing, and documentation, with a focus on Seeburger BIS and proALPHA ERP systems.
Project overview
Service Description
- End-to-end implementation of electronic data exchange processes
- Coordination of guidelines and sample files for standard and individual mappings
- Creation of maptables and assignments, as well as installation and configuration of BIS processes and workflows
- Conducting coordination based on pAI descriptions and sample data
- Import of standard messages and special cases
- Setting up test scenarios, implementing functional tests, and advising on mass tests, error analysis, and re-tests
- Documentation of mappings, configurations, and test results
Requirements
- Experience with Seeburger BIS from version 6 onwards, as well as BIS Process Design and Workflow
- Expertise in EDI Management and the pAI interface for EDI processes
- Profound know-how in VDA, EDIFACT, and ANSI X12 guidelines in a project environment
- Routine approach to stakeholder management
- Knowledge of SEEXML structures including DELFOR, ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV
- Experience with proALPHA ERP systems and Infor XPERT
