Job description
Experienced educationalist and project leader sought to drive complex change initiatives in education, focusing on curriculum development and flexible learning models.
Project overview
You are an experienced educationalist and project leader who thrives on complex change initiatives in education. You see opportunities, look ahead, and know how to get people moving. You connect different perspectives and translate plans into concrete results together with teams.
Albeda believes that education continues to evolve. Students learn in different ways, at different times, and in different contexts. That's why Albeda is working on flexible and modular education that meets the needs of students, the labor market, and the future.
What is the assignment about?
Within Albeda, work is being done on the further development of flexible and modular education. Albeda aligns with national developments regarding learning outcomes, lifelong learning, and flexible education. In the coming period, the design principles for modular education will be translated into Albeda's practice.
This involves collaboration with colleges, educational teams, staff departments, and external partners. The goal is to approach flexibilization not as isolated projects, but as a sustainable development that becomes part of the education and the organization.
Where will you work?
You will be part of the Student Support & Educational Quality (S&O) department and will work closely with colleagues in educational development, study success, educational logistics, ICT, the Albeda Academy, and the colleges. You will also maintain contact with external partners and other vocational education institutions.
You don't just watch from the sidelines; you actively engage with the teams. Together with colleagues, you will translate plans into concrete results in practice.
- A completed Master's degree, preferably in Education, Educational Sciences, Learning & Innovation, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrable experience with curriculum development and educational innovation within vocational (mbo) or higher education.
- Experience in leading complex projects or programs.
- Knowledge of flexible education, learning outcomes, modularization, and educational design.
- Change management expertise and experience with implementation trajectories.
- Experience in advising management teams and directors.
