For our client, an established IT service provider in the financial sector, we are looking for a freelance Implementation Manager / Rollout Manager (m/f/d) starting in January to support and manage implementation and transformation projects in the savings bank environment.

The focus is on advising and supporting savings banks in the introduction and increased utilization of new IT solutions and digital processes, particularly in the OSPlus / OSPlus_neo environment.

• Management and support of implementation, rollout, and transformation projects in the savings bank environment
• Advising savings banks on the introduction and increased utilization of new IT solutions and digital processes
• In-depth knowledge of OSPlus and/or OSPlus_neo
• Experience in leading and coordinating projects, sub-projects, or larger work packages
• Conception and execution of workshops, webinars, kick-offs, and consulting appointments
• Development and use of suitable control and controlling instruments
• Coordination with specialist departments, project management, management, and other stakeholders
• Experience in implementation, rollout, transformation, or project management
• Very good communication, moderation, and consulting skills
• Structured, self-reliant, and results-oriented way of working
• Willingness for occasional on-site assignments as needed
