Job description
Electrical engineer needed for plant engineering, focusing on electrotechnical support of systems with pumps, actuators, and agitators, as well as lighting systems. The role involves supporting project engineers and managers, installing components in existing (brownfield) plants, and planning/designing electrical connections, control cabinets, and cable routes.
Project overview
Close cooperation with mechanics in tank construction.
Electrotechnical support of systems with pumps, control valves, and agitators.
Taking over electrotechnical topics such as lighting systems and illumination.
Support of project engineers and project managers in the field of electrical engineering.
Installation and connection of electrotechnical components in existing plants (brownfield).
Planning and design of electrotechnical connections in plant engineering.
Design of control cabinets.
Planning of cable routes.
Cost estimation or planning in the electrotechnical environment.
Integration and connection of sensors.
Connection of temperature and flow meters.
Control of pumps.
Testing and planning where and how a new plant is connected to an existing brownfield plant.
Requirements
+ 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer in plant engineering
+ Experience in a plant - steel mill, non-ferrous metals, etc.
+ Experience in "old" brownfield - plants from the 70s/80s with the corresponding electrical systems
+ Knowledge in design and planning of electrical engineering in plant engineering.
+ Ability to design control cabinets.
+ Experience in planning cable routes.
+ Understanding of cost estimation.
+ Knowledge in the integration of sensors and measuring technology.
+ Understanding of the electrical connection of new plants to existing plants.
