Requirements Profile

• Performing maintenance, upkeep, repair, and installation work on electrical systems and technical building facilities
• Testing electrical systems and equipment according to applicable legal regulations
• Troubleshooting and fault clearance on electrical systems, as well as processing fault notifications from building management systems
• Maintenance of technical systems, security systems, locking systems, and event technology
• Support with cross-trade tasks in the area of technical building equipment

• Completed training in an electrical trade, e.g., as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or Plant Engineering, Electrical Installer, or similar specialization
• Professional experience in building technology, as well as knowledge in the maintenance, upkeep, and fault clearance of electrical systems
• Knowledge of relevant electrical regulations, especially DGUV Regulation 3 and VDE and DIN standards
• Independent and reliable working method, as well as manual dexterity
• Driver's license Class B
• Participation in on-call and standby duty (approx. once a month, alternating with the team)
• Fixed location on our company premises
