Description

I am looking for an ELO Developer / Consultant (m/f/d) for an exciting project in the field of Enterprise Content Management and Document Management. The focus is on the development, enhancement, and support of sophisticated solutions within the ELO system landscape.

We are looking for an experienced individual with several years of practical ELO development experience, very good JavaScript skills, and a broad understanding of the ELO architecture. In addition to pure development, the role involves understanding existing solutions, technically questioning requirements, and developing sustainable solutions together with the business departments.

Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of solutions within the ELO system landscape
• Implementation of individual requirements with JavaScript
• Development based on current ELO versions as well as ELO Gen. 2, e.g., forms and flows
• Maintenance and enhancement of existing JavaScript-based ELO solutions
• Development and integration via ELO APIs, interfaces, and the Business Solutions Framework
• Working with ELO Java Client Scripting, Indexserver programming, and Web Forms Services
• Analysis of existing applications, configurations, and technical dependencies
• Connection and processing of data sources and MS SQL Server
• Technical conception of solutions together with internal business departments or end customers
• Support with system-related topics within the ELO landscape

Requirements

• Several years of practical development experience in the ELO environment
• Experience with ELO 20 or current ELO versions
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript
• Sound understanding of Document Management, DMS, and ECM processes
• Profound knowledge of ELO APIs and interfaces
• Experience with the ELO Business Solutions Framework
• Experience with ELO Java Client Scripting
• Experience with ELO Indexserver programming
• Experience with ELO Web Forms Services
• Understanding of server-side and client-side development within ELO
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Server
• Technical understanding of Tomcat, LDAP / Active Directory, and database connections
• Ability to independently analyze, enhance, and technically optimize existing ELO solutions
• Consulting experience and the ability to develop requirements together with business departments or end customers

Nice to have

• Experience with ELO Gen. 2, especially forms and flows
• Knowledge of older ELO versions and the ability to port existing VB scripts from the ELO 9 environment to JavaScript
• Experience with ELO Invoice and invoice processing
• Experience with ELO SAP integration
• Experience with email archiving in the ELO environment
• Knowledge of DocXtractor
• Experience with other ELO Business Solutions
• Broad understanding of various ELO modules and the underlying system architecture
