Responsibilities

Profile

• Responsible for the correct operational execution of processes (Export / Destruction / Portioning) in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, dangerous goods, etc.)
• Independent execution of destruction orders, shipping and picking orders (Export), portioning of starting materials and products, as well as bookings in various SAP systems and in the BLS
• Preparation and control of documents for cabin cleaning, the portioning process, and shipping and picking orders (Export) according to GMP
• Assistance with maintenance work, identification and resolution of faults
• Proactive participation in process optimization, quality improvements, and revision of procedural documents
• Cross-group support within Logistic Solutions as needed
• Technical support for audits and inspections
• Maintain contact with operating companies, buyers, disposal companies, and workshops
• Compliance with safety regulations and GMP instructions
• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented service delivery
• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent
• Completed driving test for industrial trucks
• Very good PC skills (SAP, Office, and other application programs)
• Sound professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are required, English skills are an advantage
• Good business management understanding, service-oriented, and high flexibility
• High degree of structured and independent working style, customer orientation, professional and proactive interaction with all stakeholders
• Structured, focused, and organized way of working, assertiveness and motivation, independent and resilient
• Advantageous: Training in the field of dangerous goods
• Advantageous: Experience in GMP / GDP area
