Employee Youth & Family Center (CJG)

Project overview

As a social worker within the CJG, the child or young person is central. You support and guide the child or young person, their environment, and other involved agencies, with an emphasis on connection.

What will you do?

• You are committed to improving the family situation and the functioning of the child, with confidence in the child's or young person's strengths.
• You conduct family analyses, take action when necessary, and know when to let go.
• You motivate families and young people to devise and implement their own solutions.
• You handle crisis situations and conflicting interests.
• You collaborate with the network and with organizations working with children, young people, and parents or guardians.
• You connect with local youth projects in Raalte and actively promote the CJG's approach.
• You actively collaborate with the Youth consultants of the municipality of Raalte.
• You ensure correct, timely, and complete registration and reporting.
• The candidate possesses a valid SKJ or BIG registration. The registration number must be explicitly stated.
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor's level.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years within the Social Domain at a municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years in the field of youth care.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as a Youth and Family employee at a municipality.
• You have demonstrable work experience in crisis situations within youth care.
• You have demonstrable work experience collaborating with various youth agencies.
• Demonstrable completed education in the direction of MWD, SPH, or Social Work at a minimum HBO bachelor's level.
• You have demonstrable work experience conducting family analyses.
