Coordinate the recruitment process for the Society department within the municipality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Draft compelling job descriptions and labor market communications
- Guide recruitment campaigns for the social domain, including youth care
- Collaborate with the senior recruiter, project leader of the Social Domain, and HR advisors in a project group
- Advise hiring managers on job profiles and labor market developments
- Follow trends in labor market communication and apply them
- Maintain internal contacts with clients and colleagues
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience as a recruiter in the past 5 years
- Experience as a recruiter at a municipality
- Work experience within the Society/Social domain, including youth care
- Experience with improving recruitment processes, supported by a reference project
- Experience with writing job descriptions and labor market communication
