Project overview

We are looking for

Processing of object planning for civil engineering structures in performance phases 1 to 7

Planning of new constructions, replacement constructions, and repairs of civil engineering structures.

Processing of different structure types, especially:

Coordination of object planning with structural engineering, technical equipment, traffic facilities, as well as

other specialist planning and expert reports.

Coordination and integration of external specialist contributions, for example from surveying, geotechnics, environment,

noise and vibration protection, as well as structural testing.

Consideration of existing conditions, local boundary conditions, operational, and construction states.

Coordination with clients, project management, approval authorities, infrastructure operators,

and other project participants.

Participation in cost, schedule, and quality control, as well as in the comprehensible documentation

of the planning.

Clear communication of planning statuses, interfaces, risks, and necessary decisions.

Consideration of sustainability criteria in infrastructure projects and experience with funding projects

Software: itwo, MSProject, Allplan (desirable)

Client: predominantly public clients including cities, districts, DB InfraGo, Straßen NRW, Autobahn

GmbH, port authorities
