The role involves supporting users and managing master data requests within SAP PM, including data entry, validation, and first-level support for approximately 800 users.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Advising applicants and processing Master Data Management (MDM) requests in the SAP PM module
- Checking applications for completeness according to SOPs and processing the applications
- Entering, checking, and releasing SAP PM master data using single or mass changes, including documentation
- First Level Support for approx. 800 users in SAP PM, including processing support and MDM requests and escalating as needed
- Technical or commercial vocational qualification or secondary school leaving certificate
- Native level German, good English skills
- High IT affinity and confident use of business applications such as Office, ITSM, DMS
- Relevant, profound experience with SAP EAM in the master data environment
