Responsibilities

Profile

• Planning and design of wastewater treatment plants for industrial processes
• Creation and evaluation of feasibility studies
• Support and monitoring of design and execution planning, including 3D models
• Coordination with authorities, public partners, and internal departments
• Creation, review, and technical support of tender documents, specifications, and requirements
• Preparation and execution of procurement procedures
• Technical evaluation of bids and change orders
• Management and coordination of external engineering firms and specialist planners
• Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety in the project
• Support of construction execution, including progress control, acceptance, and defect management
• Sound experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the industrial wastewater sector
• Experience in technical project management or project control of large industrial or infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures
• Experience in managing external engineering firms and service providers
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations as well as legal and regulatory requirements
• Experience in construction supervision, quality management, and deadline and cost control
• Experience in the new construction of industrial plants or complex infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of working with 3D design models
• Experience with common project management and documentation systems
