Project overview

In the context of a comprehensive data center and infrastructure modernization, an Enterprise Architect supports the strategic project definition phase for around 200 IT systems. The focus is on evaluating the existing system landscape and developing technical solution designs for resilient and geo-redundant operating structures. Sound knowledge of hybrid IT architectures, high availability concepts, and experience in the regulatory environment of the public sector are prerequisites.

Profile

• Support the Lead Enterprise Architect
• Development of a survey and evaluation methodology
• Setup and verification of a system inventory
• Analysis of the redundancy capability of IT systems
• Determination of technical adaptation requirements
• Development of geo-redundant operating models
• Determination of hardware and server requirements
• Creation of technical solution designs
• Development of enablement scenarios
• Review of tools and identification of technical gaps
• Analysis of migration dependencies
• Quality assurance of project results
• Specialist knowledge in the regulatory environment of data centers
• Knowledge of hybrid IT architectures
• Experience with distributed systems
• Knowledge of multi-tier applications and high availability concepts
• Experience with integration architectures
• Knowledge of microservice and container architectures
• Experience with heterogeneous operating system landscapes
• Knowledge of network and security architectures
