- Planning, coordination, and management of communication for a company-wide pilot and rollout campaign
- Development of target group-specific communication concepts and measures
- Stakeholder communication and ensuring consistent messaging
- Communication support for product and feature rollouts
- Support in change management and user adoption measures
- Creation of presentations, management updates, FAQs, newsletters, and user guides
- Conducting and evaluating surveys and feedback measures
- Coordination with project management, business units, internal communication, and technical teams
- Sound experience in the field of Enterprise Communication and Communication Governance
- Experience in Change Management, Stakeholder Communication, and User Adoption
- Experience in communicating product launches or rollouts
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Experience with surveys, feedback management, and communication analytics is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills
