Development Engineer Single-Use Systems

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and further development of existing designs for single-use assemblies in the biopharmaceutical environment
• Specification of plastic fluid lines, hose systems, and single-use components under technical, regulatory, and quality-related requirements
• Creation of product specifications, parts lists, and development documentation (incl. SAP)
• Development of verification/validation concepts and evaluation of test results

Requirements

• Technical background in product development, plastics, or fluid technology
• Profound knowledge of single-use or fluid handling systems (hoses, filters, pumps, sensors)
• Understanding of design concepts, system architectures, and design reviews
• Experience with regulated development processes (pharma, medical technology, biotech, or similar)
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Confident use of SAP and Polarion
