Support the development of the municipality's environmental plan, including drafting plan components, processing plans in software, and formulating legal rules.
Project overview
Provide support in building the municipality's environmental plan.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Draft parts of the environmental plan and map out its contours
- Process the plans in the planning software used
- Formulate and annotate legal rules within the plan
- Participate in the Environmental Plan project group and act as a contact point for initiators of initiatives
- Transfer knowledge to colleagues so they can work independently with the environmental plan
- Contribute to the transition to working with STOP/TPOD
- Diploma at a minimum HBO bachelor level in law, spatial planning, geography, or a comparable field
- Demonstrable minimum of 1 year of work experience within the last 5 years in drafting spatial plans
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Environmental Act
- Regular physical presence at the office
- Own laptop and phone (BYOD)
