ERP Project Manager

Project overview

In the context of an ongoing deployment project for a new IS, we wish to strengthen our teams with a resource integrated into the cutover domain. After a rapid ramp-up on cutover, this resource will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating part of the cutover plan and backing up the other part of this plan. Additionally, this resource may be responsible for managing any new projects related to the cutover scenario.

The proposed missions are as follows:

Desired Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

Start Date: ASAP

• Participate in writing the cutover plan
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of cutover rehearsals and the final cutover.
• Manage one or more potential projects arising from the new cutover scenario
• Coordinate actions among all stakeholders involved in cutover operations
• Identify resources to be engaged in cutover execution, plan their interventions
• Monitor the execution of cutover actions, identify areas for improvement, and work with teams to organize necessary adjustments.
