ERP Real Estate Project Manager

Project overview

Our client, a major player in the management and operation of complex real estate assets, is undertaking a strategic project to modernize its real estate and financial information system.

As part of the deployment of a new Real Estate ERP, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate ERP Project Manager capable of quickly taking operational responsibility for the project and ensuring its success through to go-live.

Your missions:

Reporting to the Information Systems Department, you will manage the entire deployment project of the future real estate ERP:

• Transition mission
• Start: early January 2027.
• Estimated duration: 9 months.
• Location: Île-de-France.
• High-visibility strategic transformation environment.
• Take charge of the project from its launch and quickly familiarize yourself with the business and application environment.
• Build and manage the schedule, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the various internal stakeholders: finance, accounting, management control, real estate, maintenance, and IT.
• Ensure the relationship with the software vendor and the solution integrator.
• Challenge functional choices and guarantee the alignment between business needs and tool configuration.
• Manage interfaces with the financial, accounting, decision-making, and technical applications of the IS.
• Organize and lead workshops, project committees, and governance bodies.
• Supervise testing, acceptance, migration, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Support users in adopting the new solution.
• Provide regular reporting to project management.
