An experienced ESG consultant is sought to provide expert support to the company and the project team in further developing the double materiality analysis and transitioning to ESRS and HKEX compliant reporting.

• Expert advice to the company and project team on ESRS-compliant double materiality analysis (DMA)
• Review and further development of existing DMA approaches with regard to ESRS requirements and HKEX specifications
• Technical guidance on applying relevant ESRS requirements, especially ESRA-40a, in the project context
• Classification of the impacts, risks, and opportunities (IROs) of the internet and technology sector
• Support in transitioning existing ESG processes and results into future ESRS reporting
• Identification of data, governance, and process gaps, and development of actionable recommendations
• Support in aligning European requirements with existing HKEX reporting
• Expert support for the project through several phases of the compliance transition
