Experienced Business Analyst ERP

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (3 to 5 years) to work on several strategic projects related to the industrial IT and ERP ecosystem: One ERP, One MES, One Agile, One PLM, as well as associated interfaces and related solutions (M3, Apriso, ChockView, DecLock, SSO, APIs).

Daily collaboration with:

• Gather and analyze business needs.
• Validate functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in application evolution and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to solution design around projects:
• Write test cases and validation scenarios.
• Prepare and execute functional acceptance testing campaigns.
• Track and analyze detected anomalies.
• Support teams in resolving blocking incidents, particularly in the test environment (sandbox).
• Participate in deployment phases and Go Live.
• Provide functional support to users.
• Contribute to migration and production deployment activities.
• Support business units during UAT and post Go Live phases.
• Perform Ad Hoc queries and reports in M3.
• Build summary tables by joining multiple M3 tables.
• Design customized screens and new user interfaces (Mashups).
• Participate in improving user experience and application design.
• Ensure tracking and coordination of application incident resolution.
• Handle anomalies related to interfaces, authentication (SSO), DecLock, and various connected systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service continuity.
• Test documentation.
• Test cases and acceptance reports.
• Validated functional specifications (ANA050).
• Technical design documents (DES030, DES010, DES020, DES030).
• Unit test documentation (TES080).
• Migration and deployment documentation.
• Anomaly analysis and tracking reports.
