The profile will operate in a cross-functional environment to ensure a good understanding of needs, their translation into adapted functional solutions, and the securing of the functional scope throughout the build phase.

Expected Skills

Scrum Master – Insurance / Mutual

As part of an application project led by a player in the insurance / mutual sector, we are looking for a Scrum Master responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the Scrum framework and guaranteeing the delivery of business value under good conditions.

The position is based in Paris and is part of a cross-functional environment, interacting with business, IT, and UX teams.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs and functional requirements.
• Write and update functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders.
• Support development teams in understanding needs.
• Ensure the functional consistency of proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the prioritization of needs and the management of scope changes.
• Participate in functional testing and deliverable validation.
• Facilitate communication between business, project, and technical teams.
• Experience in business analysis / AMOA in a mutual / insurance context.
• Mastery of writing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to lead workshops and coordinate exchanges between business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of build, testing, and functional validation challenges.
• Proficiency with Jira, indicated as an important tool for the need.
• Knowledge of the borrower's journey is a plus.
• Lead Scrum rituals: Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective.
• Support the team in adopting and adhering to agile practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and UX teams.
• Track sprint progress: backlog, velocity, burndown.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting the team.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization and clarification with the Product Owner.
• Ensure compliance with delivery commitments: quality, deadlines, value.
• Provide reporting and escalate alerts to project instances.
