A major IT services operator in the public sector is strengthening the team that operates its privileged access management platform, built on CyberArk. This platform is critical: it centralizes all administrator connections. The team is welcoming a second engineer to maintain service quality and SLA commitments.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 8 months renewable
- Pace: 100% remote work
- Location: France (remote)
- Daily Rate: €400
Responsibilities
- Maintain the PAM infrastructure in operational condition (administration, operation, scheduled checks)
- Integrate new targets (servers, network equipment) and evolve connectors
- Handle incidents in support levels 1 and 2 and write incident reports
- Contribute to system engineering, performance analysis, and platform evolution
- Participate in planning technical changes and continuity tests
- Update procedures, operational guidelines, and monitoring tools
- Produce operational reports and propose areas for continuous improvement
