Lead digital transformation projects within a large international group, managing application portfolios and acting as a Product Owner for planning and billing applications.

Context
You will work within the IT department of a large international group engaged in an ambitious digital transformation program.
You will operate in a cross-functional environment, interacting with business teams, IT teams, Data experts, and external partners.
The mission combines transformation project management, application portfolio management, and Product Owner responsibilities, with a strong business focus and concrete objectives for optimizing operational processes.
You will contribute to structuring projects involving system interoperability, data valorization, and technological innovation.
Missions
- Lead transformation projects for planning tools and processes, in collaboration with business teams.
- Gather and formalize needs, define objectives and success criteria.
- Coordinate scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support the experimentation of new solutions, particularly around automation, data, and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure monitoring of budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage vendors, integrators, and various stakeholders.
- Organize change management and support users.
- Ensure operational monitoring and evolution of approximately eight business applications.
- Oversee application maintenance, incidents, production deployments, and service quality.
- Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, and service level agreements.
- Ensure application consistency with the IS architecture and cybersecurity requirements.
- Track budgets, performance indicators, and operational risks.
- Act as Product Owner for a business application dedicated to planning and billing.
- Gather and prioritize user needs.
- Manage the product backlog and build the roadmap.
- Coordinate developments carried out by integrators.
- Organize testing, deployments, and steering committees.
- Ensure service quality and continuous improvement of the solution.
