Expert Alcatel OXE / ALE Rainbow Telephony

Project overview

Our client, a large French banking group, is evolving its Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) ToIP infrastructures across a multi-entity park. Within the Voice Projects team, you will work on a program covering both modernization (version upgrades, datacenter centralization, encryption) and Rainbow deployment.

Missions

Profile

• Design, build, and configure the Alcatel on-premise telephony architecture (OXE and associated ecosystem)
• Manage ongoing projects:
• R101.2 update
• Rainbow deployment
• Datacenter centralization and subsidiary integration
• IPDS migration
• Implementation of communication encryption
• Ensure the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of production solutions: ALE hardware and software evolutions, version migrations
• Implement new functionalities: Rainbow, VM centralization, encryption, Teams integration
• Migrate users between platforms using Kurmi
• Contribute to the industrialization of deployments with tools like XL Release / XL Deploy
• Scope and plan projects, and report on their progress
• Produce deliverables:
• Architecture documents
• Production deployment documents
• Detailed writing of CHGs (Change Requests)
• Act as the ToIP referent for RUN teams, alongside other experts in the team
• Support production on major incidents
• Perform off-hours operations and occasional on-call duties during build and deployment phases
• High-level expertise in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise telephony (OXE and associated ecosystem) on large networks
• Significant experience in deploying and migrating the ALE Rainbow solution
• Experience with OXE hardware and software version migrations and updates
