Expert Cloudera / Big Data

Project overview

We are looking for an Expert Cloudera to work on a large-scale Data platform, in a context of modernization and evolution of the IS.

You will join a team in charge of a Data Hub and will be involved in both the administration and operation of the Cloudera platform and its technical evolutions. The mission has a strong production dimension, with significant challenges in terms of availability, performance, and reliability.

Your missions

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

Occasional interventions outside of working hours may be necessary for sensitive production operations.

• Administer and ensure the operational maintenance of the Cloudera CDP / Hadoop platform.
• Participate in version upgrades and evolutions of the Cloudera platform.
• Provide L3 support and intervene in complex production incidents.
• Analyze the root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Work on platform performance, capacity planning, security, and reliability.
• Automate and industrialize administration operations with Ansible, AWX, and Shell.
• Carry out technical studies and support the evolution of the Data ecosystem.
• Gradually participate in discussions around event-driven architectures, Lakehouse, Data Sharing, and Data Mesh.
• Support DataOps teams and various platform users.
