Expert Conversational AI – Amazon Bedrock & Amazon Connect

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced expert for Conversational AI to support a challenging cloud migration project. As part of the transition of an existing contact center and Conversational AI solution to a modern AWS-based platform, you will play a central role.

Your main tasks include the configuration and further development of AI agents in a modern contact center platform and their integration with advanced LLM-based agents via specialized gateway solutions. You will be responsible for the technical end-to-end orchestration of AI-supported customer interactions via voice and chat and will work closely with separate development teams to coordinate interfaces, data formats, and error handling.

Furthermore, you will support the project team with comprehensive know-how in Conversational AI, best practices, and dialog flow design. You will conduct tests, continuously optimize processes, and document findings for knowledge transfer.

We expect several years of practical experience with Conversational AI solutions (chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants) in enterprise environments. Profound knowledge in the configuration and orchestration of AI agents in contact center scenarios, as well as practical experience with relevant cloud services in the areas of AI, serverless, and integration, are required. Good English skills (at least B level) are necessary for collaboration in international teams.

Experience with modern contact center platforms and their AI functionalities is an advantage. The position is remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a future-oriented project.
