Expert Digital Workplace – Microsoft 365 / Workspace ONE / Copilot

Project overview

Context

Our client is looking for an experienced/senior Digital Workplace Expert to define, maintain, and evolve their core Workplace model in an international, multi-entity, and multi-geography environment.

This is primarily a role of engineering, technical architecture, and standards definition, not a proximity support position.

You will be responsible for defining the reference Workplace model: technical standards, templates, masterization, application catalog, device management, collaborative environments, and documentation.

You will also play a central role in the transition to a unified Workplace environment and in the integration of Microsoft artificial intelligence capabilities, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, and Copilot Studio.

You will exercise real technical authority over your scope: your role will be to define the standard, secure technical choices, and support regional teams in its adoption, without direct hierarchical link.

Your missions

• Define, document, and maintain the Digital Workplace core model.
• Define standards, templates, technical design principles, and reference documentation.
• Technically lead the convergence trajectory towards a unified Workplace environment.
• Ensure the compliance of regional Workplace operations with the defined core model.
• Technically support local and regional teams in applying the standards.
• Design and maintain the workstation master: reference image, application catalog
