Expert for RAQUEST Withholding Tax for Introduction from 2027, Remote

Project overview

For an introduction in the area of custodian and withholding tax processes, we are looking for an experienced specialist for best practices and parameterization of the RAQUEST software. This involves handling Relief at Source processes and subsequently Tax Reclaims.

We are explicitly looking for an expert, not a general project manager. We are looking for a subject matter expert who has already implemented RAQUEST in practice and is familiar with typical pitfalls.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction and commissioning of RAQUEST for Relief at Source processes
• Parameterization and configuration of the software
• Support in setting up or expanding Reclaim processes
• Early identification of implementation and process problems and contribution of pragmatic solution proposals
• Technical support for a fast and secure Go-Live

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the implementation or commissioning of RAQUEST
• Sound knowledge in the parameterization and configuration of the software
• Experience with withholding tax processes, especially Relief at Source
• Ideally, experience with Tax Reclaim
• Ability to recognize typical pitfalls early and solve them pragmatically
• Advantageous: Consulting and project experience in the area of custodian or securities processes
• Project language German
