SAP ECC Payroll Expertise with focus on Switzerland. | Remote | ASAP

Project overview

For a current SAP Payroll mandate, we are looking for SAP Payroll expertise with a focus on Switzerland on short notice.

The client has already implemented SAP ECC HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll. After a successful go-live, our client will take over the support of ongoing operations, including hypercare, support, and further development of Swiss payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Support during the hypercare phase
• Support of productive SAP Payroll operations for Switzerland
• Analysis and resolution of payroll incidents
• Support with legal changes and functional requirements
• Customizing and error analysis in SAP Payroll CH
• Collaboration with client, business department, and delivery team
• Knowledge transfer from the previous implementation partner
• Support with optimizations and further developments

Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll Switzerland (SAP PY CH)
• Profound knowledge of Swiss payroll
• Experience with:
• AHV / IV / EO
• BVG
• ALV
• Withholding tax
• Family allowances
• SAP Payroll Schemas
• PCRs
• Wage Types
• Hands-on experience in the support and operation of productive payroll landscapes
• Experience in hypercare, AMS, or transition scenarios
