Seeking an IT Project Manager expert to scope the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and plan the migration of legacy applications for an HR transformation project.
Project overview
As part of an HR transformation project, the mission aims to scope the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and prepare the migration of legacy applications.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Assist management and the project team in defining the business and IT scope
- Provide the necessary expertise to establish an implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Complete the specifications by integrating the structuring components for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
- Support the IT team responsible for legacy applications in developing a high-level migration plan to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR
- Identify opportunities and constraints related to the migration of legacy applications
- Establish the overall As-Is and To-Be vision of the project
- Perform retrospective analysis of functionalities present in specific applications
- Build and document technical and functional analysis files
- Lead and document meetings with stakeholders (developers, end-users, local management)
- Participate in solution development alongside project stakeholders
- Analyze the impacts and risks associated with decommissioning existing applications
- Professional experience as an IT Project Manager Expert
- Proficiency in SAP, SAP HCM, and SAP HR
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Dutch or French, as well as English
- Flexibility and availability for travel between different operational units
