• Section Coordination: Creation and maintenance of management and control documents, action lists, status reports, and decision-making bases
• Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review of planning, execution, and contract documents for completeness, plausibility, and compliance with technical standards and norms
• Interface Coordination: Coordination and documentation of technical interfaces between land cable installation, civil engineering, substation construction, parallel projects, and other stakeholders
• Cable Call-off and Delivery Planning: Control and updating of call-off and delivery overviews for cables, joints, and accessories, as well as assessment of logistical dependencies
• Schedule and Progress Analysis: Evaluation of construction processes, target-actual comparisons, critical path analysis, and potential impacts on project progress
• Identification and assessment of technical, schedule, qualitative, and logistical risks, as well as derivation of suitable countermeasures
• Reporting & Recommendations: Creation of expert opinions, risk and status reports, as well as decision-relevant documents for project management.
• Several years of experience in land cable installation, cable construction, or comparable energy infrastructure projects.
• Sound knowledge of technical planning and execution processes in the cable environment.
• Experience in reviewing technical documentation and in quality assurance.
• Knowledge in coordinating interfaces between different trades and project participants
• Experience with schedule planning, construction progress control, delivery coordination, and risk management.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues in a structured manner and present them comprehensibly.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German language skills
• Start: from 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027
• Utilization: 100%
• Location: NRW with a remote component
• Duration: 12 months + option to extend by another 12 months
