Expert Microsoft 365 / Copilot / Power Platform – Migration & Governance

Project overview

As part of strategic digital transformation projects, a major player in its sector is looking for an Expert Microsoft 365 / Copilot / Power Platform to strengthen its technical teams.

The mission covers three main areas: expertise and advanced support for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, development of uses around AI and automation, and operational management of a large-scale documentary migration project to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

Actively participate in a transformation program to migrate office data hosted on On-Premise file servers to the Microsoft 365 environment.

Main missions:

• Microsoft 365 Expertise and Support – Level 2
• Handle Level 2 incidents on Microsoft Teams (teams, chats) and Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents, coordinating with technical teams and Microsoft support.
• Monitor tickets and escalations in Jira.
• Document and maintain resolution procedures in Confluence.
• Manage interactions with Active Directory On-Premise, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Microsoft 365 Administration and Governance
• Qualify applications from the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 stores: functional relevance, technical feasibility, and identification of potential duplicates.
• Conduct POCs, support SSI/SecOps validations, and manage production deployments.
• Administer licenses, functional parameters, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with operational security teams to ensure application compliance.
• Keep procedures for operational and N1/N2 support teams up-to-date in Confluence.
• Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
• Design, configure, and deploy custom copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate various data sources: Dataverse, SharePoint, external APIs, and databases.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot usage: extensions, connectors, prompt engineering, and data integration via RAG.
• Participate in orchestrating AI agents in collaborative and co-working environments.
• Design advanced automations with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA).
• Structure and secure data in Dataverse.
• Define Power Platform governance best practices: ALM, DLP, and security.
• Lead business workshops to identify and formalize automation and AI needs.
• Stay updated on the evolution of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• On-Premise Document Migration to SharePoint Online / OneDrive
• Prepare, organize, and execute document migrations with ShareGate.
• Use AvePoint Opus to support file lifecycle management and archiving.
• Diagnose and correct migration errors: overly deep hierarchies, files with links, copy errors, and permission issues.
• Optimize SharePoint Online and OneDrive settings, particularly versioning, storage capacity, and governance rules.
• Produce regular reports on the health of the Microsoft 365 tenant, incidents, and volumes.
• Support business referents in transforming collaborative practices, data classification, and space owner management.
• Participate in follow-up committees and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Guarantee immediate post-migration support and organize the handover to support teams.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams on backup and data protection issues.
