In the context of implementing decision-making solutions to oversee our client's real estate management, both strategically and operationally, and to facilitate communication with the various Business Units, they use the online collaboration opportunities offered by Power BI as well as tools from the Microsoft suite such as SSIS, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Work environment

Our client is a mutual insurance group company comprising three renowned brands.

The mission takes place at the Levallois site.

Remote work is possible for a maximum of 2 days per week.

• The service provider must have confirmed expertise in Business Intelligence, primarily in the analysis and design of a data warehouse.
• They must demonstrate a strong ability to understand the existing environment, data models, flows, indicators, and business rules, particularly in the context of real estate data.
• A high capacity for analysis, structuring, and synthesis is expected in order to qualify business needs, identify any gaps or inconsistencies, and propose suitable, reliable, and easy-to-use BI solutions.
• The service also requires good collaboration skills with business and technical teams, as well as a high level of autonomy and communication.
• Solid expertise in Business Intelligence, particularly in the design, development, and deployment of decision-making solutions and dashboards.
• Very good command of the Microsoft BI environment, especially SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Power BI.
• Ability to understand and analyze the existing environment, both functionally and technically, in order to identify data, processes, indicators, and business rules in place.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling the translation of business needs into relevant, reliable, and user-accessible BI solutions.
• Aptitude for collaborating with business and technical teams, working autonomously, and providing quality reporting.
• Significant experience, ideally between 7 and 10 years, in the field of Business Intelligence.
