Responsibilities

Analysis, conception, development, and adaptation of mobile SAP solutions for maintenance processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), SAP MRS, SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and Power BI, as well as testing, documentation, and presentation of results.

• Demonstrable project experience in the SAP system landscape, especially in the PM (Maintenance), MM, PP, and HCM modules under SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP (Senior > 5 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in the development and adaptation of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for mobile devices in the maintenance environment, including responsive and touch-optimized UI design and integration (Senior > 5 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience in adapting and maintaining mobile applications for new or changed SAP S/4HANA environments (e.g., release changes, system conversions, customizing or data model changes) including analysis of potential impacts (Junior 5 years experience)
• Knowledge in technical integration and migration of SAP components (e.g., MDG, ChaRM, SolMan) (Intermediate > 3 years experience)
• Experience in project management and requirements analysis using Jira and Confluence, as well as evaluation using analysis tools (specifically Power BI) (at least 2 references)
• Experience in test and quality management as well as requirements management according to IREB or ISTQB (at least 2 references)
• Experience with project management methodologies (agile and classic, e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall) (at least 2 references)
• Demonstrable knowledge in SAP MRS (Multiresource Scheduling) including deployment and resource planning (planning table) in connection with maintenance processes from SAP PM/CS (at least 2 references)
• Knowledge in SAP FSM or FSM Mobile (SAP Field Service Management) including integration into S/4HANA Service Management or PM/CS (Junior <= 3 years experience)
