Seeking an expert in Requirements Engineering and AI Agent Integration to design and develop an AI-powered software solution for structured requirement capture and linking with Jira. The role involves building various AI agents for requirement analysis, feature suggestion, and Jira integration to avoid duplicates.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an expert in Requirements Engineering & AI Agent Integration.
Project Goal: The goal is the conception and development of an AI-supported software solution that captures and processes requirements from unstructured sources in a structured manner, links them to Jira via AI agents, and avoids duplicates by comparing them with existing epics and features.
Responsibilities
- Conception and development of the software solution for structured capture and processing of requirements from unstructured sources.
- Development of AI-supported analysis and matching functions.
- Development and networking of AI agents with Jira and other AI agents.
- Setup of a Requirements Agent that extracts, cleans, consolidates, and structures requirements.
- Setup of a Feature & Epic Guide Agent that creates suggestions for epics, features, descriptions, acceptance criteria, and hierarchies.
- Setup of a Jira Knowledge & Matching Agent that finds similar content and makes assignment suggestions to existing epics and features.
- Transfer of approved requirements to Jira via a Jira Creation Agent, including hierarchy and linking logic.
- Comparison with existing Jira epics and features to avoid duplicates.
- Integration of the solution into the existing Siemens IT and AI environment.
- Testing, documentation, and project-specific coordination of results, as well as handover of documentation.
Requirements
Project Language: German and English
Remote Share: 90% Remote, 10% On-site
Utilization: 3-4 days per week
Industry: Industry
- Experience in software development and software architecture.
- Experience in development and integration of AI agents.
- Experience with agent-to-agent and API-based system integration.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Jira integration.
- Experience in Requirements Engineering, especially traceability and structured requirement lists.
- Experience with enterprise environments or Siemens IT environments is an advantage.
- Very good German and English skills.
