Depending on the projects, you will be involved in the implementation and evolution of Salesforce solutions:
- Significant experience with Salesforce (consultant, admin, or developer)
- Configuration (Flows, objects, security…)
- One or more modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud…
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations
- Salesforce certifications appreciated
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of business challenges
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Gather and analyze business needs
- Participate in the design of solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Configure and set up modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Develop specific functionalities (Apex, Lightning, LWC) according to your level
- Ensure integrations with existing systems
- Carry out tests, acceptance, and go-live
- Support users and provide assistance
- Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions
