Interim - Microsoft 365 & Copilot Expert

Project overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Copilot Expert to take responsibility for the conception, implementation, governance, introduction, and optimization of the entire Microsoft 365 landscape.

The goal of the role is to maximize the business value of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, and AI-powered productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

Profile

• Responsibility for the conception, implementation, administration, and optimization of the entire Microsoft 365 platform (including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Loop, and Entra ID).
• Introduction, operation, and further development of Microsoft Copilot solutions including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams Copilot, SharePoint Copilot, Security Copilot, and Power Platform Copilot.
• Conducting Copilot readiness assessments with a focus on permissions, information architecture, data security, compliance, and governance.
• Development of automation and AI solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps) to increase productivity and reduce manual processes.
• Management of adoption and change management measures, including training, workshops, best practices, prompt libraries, and building AI communities and champion networks.

Requirements

Offer

• Several years of project experience in the operation and management of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, as well as with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID) and in the area of Security & Compliance (Purview, Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, Identity Governance).
• Profound expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Security Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot extensions, as well as governance and adoption concepts.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and AI/Data topics such as Microsoft Graph, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in large transformation projects (>1,000 users); relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300) are desirable.
• Very good German and English language skills.
