- Advice on onboarding and offboarding
- Advice and optimization of HR processes
- Close exchange with the local HR team (HR Business Partner & Personnel Development)
- Experience in a generalist HR environment
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of time management and document management systems
- Very independent way of working and quick comprehension
- Fluent English (must-have), French advantageous
- Experience with cross-border worker topics, especially employees from France, advantageous
