Define standardized process flows
Clarify roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
Drive the central backlog forward
Resolve open clarifications in the backlog regarding mass processing or error mapping
Ensure follow-up until completion
Regular reporting on open, overdue, and critical cases
Clarification with defect managers
Analyze and improve schedule structure
Moderate regular disruption meetings
Coordinate between teams
Define process for tracking takeaways from meetings
Currently have nothing process-wise, a wild bunch -> organize
Define target values for SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
+ Comprehensive experience in process definition and consulting
+ Experience in the energy industry (best case: experience in disruption management)
+ Methodologically fit: Agile methods
+ Moderation skills
+ Not an easy environment, clarity in communication, moderation etc. important
