Responsibilities

• Technical coordination of projects and sub-projects in coordination with the project or program management
• Conceptual and operational consulting of the construction management project lead
• Coaching and advising sub-project and project managers in methodology and leadership skills
• Creation of regular project reporting together with the project lead
• Further development of project reporting
• Identification of meaningful key figures for the control of civil engineering services
• Planning, tracking, and reporting of construction progress
• Coordination and control of operational construction site activities
• Risk management, documentation, and quality assurance

• 15 years of experience in construction site and project management of projects with one or more multi-billion Euro volumes in civil and infrastructure construction
• Deep understanding of the interfaces between construction, technology, procurement, authorities, and stakeholders
• Several years of experience in working with construction companies, authorities, and engineering firms
• Experience in service provider management and monitoring
• Valid PMI certification or equivalent
• Experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams at divisional or C-level
• Ability to lead in highly complex matrix organizations
• Experience with GIS, DMS, and RIB iTWo or similar tools
• Driving license class B
• Very good German and English skills, at least C1 required
