Mission Context

As part of strengthening a Microsoft support and expertise team, we are looking for a Technical Expert Microsoft 365 to handle the analysis of complex incidents, support technical teams, and manage escalations with the publisher.

Main Missions

Technical Support and Expertise

Handle critical and complex incidents.

Perform technical investigations and in-depth analysis.

Produce expertise reports and recommendations.

Liaise with operations teams.

Manage publisher escalations when necessary.

Identify recurring trends and propose improvement actions.

Governance and Continuous Improvement

Ensure the quality of service for production environments.

Contribute to the optimization of operational processes.

Maintain technical documentation and the knowledge base.

Manage platforms dedicated to testing and incident reproduction.

Team Support

Act as a technical referent.

Participate in the skill development of support teams.

Organize knowledge transfers.

Support and advise engineers on complex issues.
