We are currently looking for a Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• User-centric collection, analysis, specification, and documentation of business requirements for agile product development
• Collection, description, coordination, and continuous refinement of requirements
• Creation and coordination of user stories within the scope of business conception
• Analysis, documentation, modeling, and optimization of existing business processes
• Identification of relevant stakeholders and collection and coordination of their expectations and goals
• Planning, execution, moderation, and follow-up of requirements workshops
• Execution and moderation of refinements with business departments and development teams
• Business consulting for the further development of agile requirement processes at the interface between V-Model and agile product development
• Support in the conception of target business scenarios using appropriate modeling methods and tools
• Participation and moderation of relevant business meetings and regular reporting to project managers and project teams
• Methodological support in optimizing project-internal processes and exchange formats
• Participation in business project appointments, Scrum events, and workshops
• Performing technically required on-site appointments at the project location
• Business support for project controlling in capacity planning

• More than 3 years of practical experience in the documentation, modeling, analysis, and optimization of business processes
• More than 3 years of practical experience in the documentation and refinement of requirements within agile development teams, especially in the creation and coordination of user stories within the scope of business conception
• More than 3 years of practical experience in planning and conducting requirements workshops with project stakeholders
• More than 3 years of practical experience in agile projects using various methods, especially Scrum and Kanban
• More than 3 years of practical experience in communication and coordination with interface partners
• Practical experience in project and task tracking, for example with Jira Software or Confluence, at a junior level (up to 3 years of experience)
• Experience in leading consulting or conception projects with more than 10 employees and complex architecture, proven by at least 2 project references
• Industry and integration knowledge as well as practical experience with the development, integration, or operation of passenger information systems in public transport, at a junior level (up to 3 years of experience)
